Cancellations
Cancel your order anytime before shipping is complimentary (excluding custom products). If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can refund you before your order leaves the warehouse. Refund and Returns
If you need to exchange your product, you are responsible for the return and exchange process shipping costs.
Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer does not allow us to return the product, we will not be able to provide a return service. The return service can vary depending on the specific circumstances. Don't hesitate to contact us if you want to know more about your particular brand or product.
Due to the dramatic increase in shipping costs, any direct returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee + shipping costs for the returned product.
Damages
When your item arrives, please inspect and check the item's packaging. If there is some minor damage, please note this on the delivery note before signing for delivery. If you notice apparent damage, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately within 24 hours.
If you do not contact us within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that the manufacturer will cover the cost of replacement parts for you. Please email us: at service@squisitohome.com.
Warranty
Most of our products come with at least a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. You can find the Warranty information on the product page under the "Warranty" tab. If you discover any manufacturer's defect, please let us know, and we will help you obtain a part or replace the product at no additional charge.
